I want to be a tutor because I would like to begin to build experience in my field prior to my student teaching and graduation. Since I am a math major, I have taken classes in pre-calculus, calculus (I, II, III), geometry, linear algebra, and number theory. I am also currently enrolled in a modern algebra class. The only branch of mathematics that I have never taken a class in is statistics. I have gotten an A in all of my math classes except for one, I got a B- and another I got a B. Being that I am an education major as well, I have taken classes in which I was given the opportunity to prepare to teach and teach a few small lessons.

Hobbies
I love singing and music. I participate in three choirs on my campus. (University choir, Cantori, and Jazz choir) I enjoy shopping. I love fashion and I read all of the fashion magazines and look for new ideas to update my wardrobe. When I was in high school I was in all of the musicals and I participated in concert band and marching band. I play(ed) the baritone. (Euphonium) I have never played any sports but I love to watch baseball and ice hockey. My favorite tv shows are Glee, The Big Bang Theory, The New Girl, NCIS, and Law and Order: SVU. **It is important for me to note that I do not have a car. Therefore I can only serve people in the city of Lock Haven. It would be ideal if we could meet at a central location such as the public library or the Lock Haven University Library.**
